Responsibilities

• Assist in billing and invoicing workflows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness per client agreements.
• Perform daily tasks such as job tracking and reconciliation.
• Update on-site job tickets and generate client/internal reports as required.
• Monitor open tickets and contribute to resolution; provide client support as needed.
• Handle basic file reconciliation and inventory tracking for upcoming client projects.
• Support pricing updates and ensure SLA/quality metrics for smaller clients.
