Job summary

Aon is seeking an Account Manager I in Boston, hybrid role, to partner with Account Executives on a book of business and manage day-to-day service processes, supporting renewal cycles and client experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of insurance experience in Commercial Risk, a property & casualty license or plan to obtain it within 120 days, and strong Excel, organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of insurance experience required (Commercial Risk, Account Management).
• Property & Casualty broker license preferred or to be obtained within 120 days of start date.
• Excel experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
• Effective organization and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Effective presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on assigned book of business, manage day-to-day service processes and outputs.
• Support a variety of strategic, client-facing initiatives and renewal cycles for each client.
• Coordinate with the ACS and Premium Accounting on client billing matters as needed.
• Serve as primary client liaison for certificates, IDs, locations, invoices, and policy transmittals.
• Monitor invoice generation, fee agreements, receivables, and collections; resolve issues.
