Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Promotional Material Management or B2B/B2C service companies.
• Strong operations experience and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in reporting and analysis.
• Proven client relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented with proactive, multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; learns order processing and warehouse systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Place orders considering delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, and process returns efficiently.
