Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts and build relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection targets.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments with management tools.
• Execute deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups as needed.
• Provide white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and at customers’ homes.
• Support sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise; maintain showroom standards.
• Follow all safety and operational guidelines.
