Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an Account Manager to oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive account performance while maintaining store standards.

In this full-time role you will conduct early-stage collections, coordinate deliveries and pickups, and provide white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and at customers’ homes, helping grow sales and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+, valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due).
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and at customers' homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines.
