Rent-A-Center in Shreveport, LA is hiring an Account Manager to manage rental accounts, deliver exceptional service, and drive sales growth. The role includes deliveries, pickups, and early-stage collections, with opportunities for advancement and weekly pay.

The position is full-time, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. You will work in-store, on the road, and in customers’ homes, adhering to company standards and safety guidelines.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly targets.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Provide white-glove service in-store, by phone, and at customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
