Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Ponca City, OK seeks an Account Manager to manage rental accounts, deliver exceptional service, and drive sales growth. You will handle deliveries, pickups, and early-stage collections while maintaining showroom standards and adherence to safety guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma, 18+ years of age, and a valid driver’s license. You will work full-time, with a schedule including Saturdays and a weekday off, and enjoy benefits and paid weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build strong customer relationships
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily collection standards
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles
• Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines
