Dirty Hands, LLC is seeking a part-time Field Merchandiser to manage a portfolio of up to 50 natural/organic brands. You will visit Whole Foods retailers in Edgewater, Closter, Woodcliff Lake, White Plains, and Chappaqua, 3–4 days per week, starting early morning.

You will build relationships with store leadership and ensure correct merchandising and timely brand updates using Go Spot Check. The role offers competitive pay, quarterly bonus targets, paid time off, holidays, and mileage

Who We Are:

We partner with brands in the natural/organic food and beverage industry to optimize their retail presence.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will represent a portfolio of up to 50 brands in the Organic/Natural Food and Beverage industry, such as: Olipop, Chocolove and TruFru.
• You will work approximately 24 hours per week, working 3-4 days per week, Monday through Friday (days are flexible) starting between 5am-8am.
• You will be in charge of building and maintaining a consistent route of weekly store visits servicing Whole Foods Market retailers in Edgewater, Closter, Woodcliff Lake, White Plains, and Chappaqua. Locations are subject to change based on business needs.
• You will be responsible for growing brands in your portfolio and maintaining the highest level of retail standards:
• • Build relationships with retail leaders to promote brands during weekly visits.
  • Maintain proper communication strategies with retail partners via email, call, text, or in-person conversations.
  • Report in real-time on brand updates via an application called Go Spot Check.
  • Ensure that products are merchandised to the brands standards.
  • Perform basic shelf maintenance: facing/fronting, tag compliance, and proper signage.

Physical Requirements:

• Capable of meeting the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including but not limited to walking and standing for up to 8 hours; frequent bending, squatting, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling; frequent lifting up to 25lbs and occasional lifting between 40 – 50lbs.
• Ability to work in cold environments, such as refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to drive or otherwise travel between multiple retail locations on a daily basis.

This position has a full wage range of $21.68 - $33.44 per hour.
