Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts and build strong relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection goals.
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups, install and ensure showroom standards.
• Deliver white-glove service in-store, on the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Support sales growth by generating new rental agreements and maintaining account health.
