Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring an Account Manager in Montgomery, AL to manage rental accounts, deliver strong customer service, drive sales, and perform deliveries and pickups with care.

Key responsibilities include managing collections early after due dates, maintaining account health, and building relationships while following RAC guidelines. This is a full‑time, on‑site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due).
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and at customers' homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
