Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Pittsfield, MA is seeking an Account Manager to manage rental accounts, deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, complete deliveries and pickups, and maintain store standards.

You will build relationships, support collections, and contribute to account health while aligning with RAC mission and values. This is a full-time role in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Provide white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and at customers' homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines.
