Job summary

Volonte Group in Maryland is seeking an Entry Level Account Manager who will use strong communication and entrepreneurial drive to educate customers about our latest services and persuade adoption. You’ll contribute to building client relationships and helping guide campaigns to success.

You will deliver optimized sales campaigns, participate in team-building initiatives, and engage in solution consultations, taking on new challenges with enthusiasm and a growth mindset.

Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide caliber client service and team-building initiatives. You anticipate how decisions are made, understand the details of individual campaigns and persistently explore and uncover the business needs of key clients and the Volonte Group team. Working with us, you set the vision of the business development strategy.

Additionally, as an Entry Level Account Manager you will be responsible for delivering success, exceeding expectations around such tasks as optimal sales campaign delivery to our customers, team building, solution consultations, turnarounds, and getting excited when new, never been done before challenges fall into your lap!
