Account Manager, Employee Benefits at Risk Strategies Company. The Mid-Market Account Manager is responsible for managing an assigned book of business while developing long-term relationships with clients, responding to day-to-day client inquiries, and providing client analytics. The role interfaces with vendors and clients internally and externally, creates client deliverables, and ensures quality standards are met. The Account Manager has a smaller book of business with less complex clients and supports the Team Leader and Account Executives on their clients. The role is focused on revenue growth through client expansion on the personal book of business.

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits. The expected base pay range for this position is between $51,800 and $75,000. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
