We’re seeking an Account Manager who is passionate about education and understands how thoughtful design can transform the way students learn. What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in growing our education market, which includes the k-12 markets as well as higher education, by developing new relationships with school districts, colleges and universities, educational leaders, and design partners. You’ll collaborate with our internal design and project teams to deliver tailored, future-ready learning environments that support student success.

Responsibilities include:

• Drive sales growthby identifying the unique needs of educational facilities and recommending innovative, research-backed furniture and interior solutions.
• Build strong relationshipswith key stakeholders including school administrators, facility managers, architects, and educational consultants.
• Champion the client experiencefrom initial consultation through project completion, ensuring every interaction reflects Workscape’s commitment to excellence and educational impact.
• Collaborate with internal teamsto design and deliver spaces that align with curriculum goals, student engagement, and district priorities.
• Stay informedon trends in education, pedagogy, and learning space design to position Workscape as a trusted advisor in the education space.
• Represent Workscape’s brandat education conferences, school board meetings, and community events—both in person and online.
• Maintain accurate recordsof client interactions, proposals, and pipeline activity using our CRM system.
• Lead project kick-offsand ensure seamless coordination between sales, design, and operations teams.
