Location: Tampa, Florida
A growing insurance agency seeks an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to deliver exceptional service and manage both new and renewal processes for small to mid-sized commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee commercial accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Handle new business and renewals, including policy reviews and some marketing.
3. Collaborate with marketing and support teams for efficient workflows.
