Ansay & Associates in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced insurance professional to support commercial accounts and assist Producers with new and renewal business. You will review requests, prepare insurance documents, and maintain carrier information to ensure accurate policies.

Ideal candidates have a business degree, Commercial Lines experience, and state licenses or willingness to obtain. Strong communication, detail orientation, and teamwork are essential for success.

• Minimum of two years Commercial Lines experience.
• Thorough understanding of commercial lines insurance and products.
• Licensed per state requirements or willing to obtain.
• Have designation (e.g. CISR, CIC, CRM) – or willing to obtain
• Self-starter with strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Detail oriented with solid listening skills.
• Team player with a Can Do attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high level support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing commercial accounts.
• Assist Producers in handling and processing new commercial lines business.
• Review renewal requests, endorsements and audits for accuracy.
• Prepare Auto ID Cards, Evidence of Property, Summary of Insurance and Certificates of Insurance.
• Obtain renewal information requested by the underwriter.
• Prepare Pre-Renewal Packets and maintain underwriting and marketing information by carrier.
• Review company issued New and Renewal policies for accuracy in rating, endorsements and coverages.
• Review all Accord applications for accuracy.

Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

• Provide, with a positive attitude, a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing commercial accounts.


• Provide assistance to Producers in handling and processing new commercial lines business.


• Review renewal requests, endorsements and audits for accuracy.


• Prepare Auto ID Cards, Evidence of Property, Summary of Insurance, Certificates of Insurance and Binders.


• Obtain Renewal information requested by the company underwriter.


• Prepare Pre-Renewal Packets and maintain underwriting and marketing information by carrier.


• Review company issued New and Renewal policies for accuracy in rating, typing, endorsements forms and coverages.


• Review all Accord applications for accuracy.


• Work with Accounting to invoice all premium bearing Agency bill transactions


• Handle telephone requests and written miscellaneous correspondence (ex: Bank requests).


• Process cancellations requests.


• Keep up to date on insurance forms and coverage changes through bulletins and circulars.


• Process claims and follows up as needed.


• Service commercial line select accounts in a manner to eliminate gaps in coverage, thus reducing our E&O exposures.


• Provide prompt, accurate, courteous service to customers, producers and company personnel.


• Grow and develop talents and insurance knowledge in conjunction with The Ansay Way to the highest level possible.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelors degree (from accredited university) in Business or related field or a combination of education and experience.


• Minimum of two years Commercial Lines experience - Preferred


• Thorough understanding of commercial lines insurance and products - Preferred


• Licensed per state requirements - or willing to obtain


• Have on designation ( i.e. CISR, CIC, CRM) – or be willing to obtain


• Self-starter, think outside the bo x , imaginative and creative with good communication skills both verbal and written


• Detail oriented and solid listening skills


• Team Player with a Can Do Attitude
