Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct preparatory work for client meetings including generating financial reports and prefilling applications.
• Complete action items after client meetings as directed by the Financial Advisor.
• Execute day-to-day service needs for existing clients.
• Assist onboarding of new clients by establishing accounts, gathering documents, and updating client database.
• Process account transfers and rollovers as directed by the Financial Advisor.
• Schedule client meetings on behalf of the Financial Advisor.
• May process trades and distributions.
• May mentor other Account Managers or Assistant Account Managers.
• Attend client meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
