Kaleb Griffin - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations, grow the agency through client relationships, and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will use knowledge of our insurance products to review policies, propose solutions, and sell appropriate coverage to both cold and warm leads, with opportunities for advancement and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
