One80 Intermediaries Inc. is seeking an organized Account Manager to join our Revenue Team, focusing on captive and commercial P&C client service, new business, renewals, and policy coordination.

This role reports to a Senior Account Executive and emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and proactive client support. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of insurance experience, holds or aims for a P&C license, and can collaborate with brokers and clients to deliver tailored coverage, loss

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years’ experience in captive and/or commercial Property/Casualty insurance.
  • Associate’s degree in a relevant field; equivalent experience considered.
  • Active P&C license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
  • Insurance designations (CPCU/AU/ARM/ACI) preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office; Salesforce a plus.
  • Analytical, detail oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player willing to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee new business and renewal processes, including applications, loss summaries, quotes, and proposals.
  • Respond promptly to client and broker inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Sales to drive new business and retain renewals.
  • Coordinate with brokers and clients on coverages and endorsements.
  • Review Loss Runs and summarize claims portfolios.
  • Review policies and related documentation for accuracy and quality.
  • Assist with coverage changes, binders, and endorsements; identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop ongoing client retention initiatives with the Chief Revenue Officer.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant client records.
  • Renew and bill policies; ensure accuracy and process corrections as needed.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and products.
  • Utilize Salesforce for input, documentation, and tasks.
  • Provide clear answers to clients and brokers.
  • Draft policy forms, declarations, notices, and endorsements using ISO/manuscript forms.
  • Prepare and review related documentation including policies, reinsurance, and billing inputs.
  • Maintain relationships with auditors, actuaries, attorneys, TPAs, carriers, reinsurers, and fronting carriers.
  • Coordinate with claims to obtain loss data.

Facilitate corrections as necessary and deliver proposals when needed.* **Industry Knowledge**: Stay informed about industry developments, new products, legislation, coverages, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance.* **Salesforce Proficiency**: Utilize the Salesforce platform for input, documentation, and performing technical tasks to expedite client service and maintain standards of compliance.* **Client Communication**: Provide clear answers to clients and/or Brokers for questions received.* **Policy Drafting**: Initiate the drafting of policies forms, declarations, notices and endorsements using both ISO and manuscript forms.* **Documentation Preparation and Review**: Prepare and review related documentation, including policies, reinsurance and service contracts, feasibility analysis charts, loss runs, annual meeting documents, financial statements, and billing inputs.* **Service Provider Relationships**: Maintain relationships with various service providers, including independent auditors, actuaries, attorneys, TPAs, carriers/reinsurers, reinsurance brokers, and fronting carriers.* **Claims Coordination**: Coordinate with the claims department to obtain loss data as needed.* **Artificial Intelligence**: Have working proficiency in the acceptable usage and application of various AI tools.**Qualifications and Traits*** **Industry Experience**: At least 3 years’ experience in captive and/or commercial Property/Casualty insurance required.* **Educational Background**: Minimum of an Associate’s degree in a relevant field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.* **Licensing**: Active P&C insurance license or the ability to obtain one within the initial 90 days of employment.* **Insurance Designations**: strongly preferred, including but not limited to CPCU, AU, ARM, ACI, etc.* **Customer Service Skills**: Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.* **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.* **Technology Proficiency**: Proficiency in CRM software, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
