Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global Organization

As a Healthcare Vertical Account Executive for Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing service customers in the Healthcare market. Your goal is to lead and manage all aspects of customer engagement to maintain and grow Honeywell's presence with these customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strong Sales Management Operating System (MOS):
  2. Develop and implement strategic Healthcare Vertical Territory Management Plans and individual Account/Opportunity Plans.
  3. Apply a consultative selling framework to improve customer conversion rates.
  4. Quota Achievement:
  5. Identify and target new migration and share of wallet opportunities with existing customers and negotiate deals to close new business.
  6. Demonstrate a strategic approach to new and existing customers and opportunities through opportunity planning.
  7. Team Player:
  8. Act as a 'quarterback' to enhance Honeywell-to-customer rapport by facilitating deep and wide personal and professional relationships throughout the sales cycle and cross-functionally within both organizations.
  9. Be a customer advocate within Honeywell and a Honeywell advocate with your customer.

The salary range for this position is $72,600 - $109,000. The actual offer will depend on experience, education, location, and other relevant factors.

Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management in Technology.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management in Building Technology Solutions (BMS, Security, Fire Alarms).
  • Experience with CRM/Salesforce or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in consultative selling.
  • Consistent success in exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling recurring maintenance, Cyber Security, or SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience selling into the Healthcare market.
  • Ability to influence across organizational levels.
  • Participation in industry-specific organizations.
  • Self-motivated and autonomous work style.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
