Account Manager - Building Automation Healthcare (Remote, Finance)

Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global Organization

As a Healthcare Vertical Account Executive for Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS), you will develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing service customers in the Healthcare market. Your goal is to lead and manage all aspects of customer engagement to maintain and grow Honeywell's presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strong Sales Management Operating System (MOS):
  2. Develop and implement strategic Healthcare Vertical Territory Management Plans and individual Account/Opportunity Plans.
  3. Apply a consultative selling framework to improve customer conversion rates.
  1. Quota Achievement:
  2. Identify and target new migration and share of wallet opportunities with existing customers and negotiate deals to close new business.
  3. Demonstrate strategic approaches to new and existing customers through opportunity planning.
Team Player:

Act as a "quarterback" to enhance Honeywell-to-customer rapport by fostering deep personal and professional relationships throughout the sales cycle and cross-functionally within both organizations. Be an advocate for the customer within Honeywell and for Honeywell within the customer organization.

Compensation and Application Details:

The salary range is $72,600 - $109,000, depending on experience, education, location, and other factors. The application period is approximately 40 days from posting, subject to change based on business needs.

Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales or account management experience in Technology.
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales or account management experience in Building Technology Solutions (BMS, Security, or Fire Alarms).
  • Experience with CRM/Salesforce or similar systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in consultative selling.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling recurring maintenance, Cyber Security, or predictive analytics SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience selling into the Healthcare market.
  • Ability to influence across organizational levels.
  • Engagement in industry-specific organizations.
  • Self-motivated and autonomous work capability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
