It now supports over 2.8 million cattle from 6,500 farms across the UK, EU, US, Australia and New Zealand. We are constantly developing a suite of tools which will help farmers, ranchers and supply chains make better informed decisions improving animal management and animal health to deliver a production base fit for the future.

You will integrate yourself into your client’s business to build an understanding of their operations and identify how to incorporate using Breedr technology within them. Along the way of the relationship, you will support change management, work as a consultant to offer productivity or efficiency improvements using Breedr software, help resolve any issues they may run into, and identify and execute expansion opportunities.

This role supports customers who run large and complex scale cattle operations including feedyards, beef x dairy growers, seedstock operations using genomics and EPDs, supply chain ownership from birth to harvest, etc. Experience in the cattle industry is critical and feedyard experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Implement software for new enterprise customers
  • Post sales, develop customer profile with sales team to set up for implementation
  • Project manage and lead implementation process through scoping operations, setting up new account, and training onsite users following a project plan
  • Work with collaborating teams as necessary to execute implementation
  • Drive toward goal of new software adoption within 60 days of project start time
Own the ongoing software relationship with enterprise customers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, building strong, multi-threaded relationships across each operation — from owners and managers through to on-the-ground users.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business, operational rhythm, and goals, and translate that into a clear plan for how they get value from Breedr.
  • Manage contractual obligations and service-level expectations, ensuring Breedr delivers on what was committed at sale or making adjustments as needed.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits and quarterly business reviews to maintain alignment, address concerns proactively, and reinforce the value being delivered.
  • Track account health and engagement signals, and intervene early when usage or sentiment trends in the wrong direction.
Drive consistent engagement and adoption

  • Use Breedr's analytics to provide consultative feedback on customer results, turning their data into actionable insight on herd performance, genetics, health, and profitability.
  • Attend events deemed necessary to continue building and expanding the customer relationship
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise, owning resolution end-to-end and keeping the customer informed throughout.
  • Be the voice of the customer internally — partner with product and engineering on bugs, feature feedback, and usability priorities, and bring real operational context to those conversations.
Identify and develop expansion opportunities
  • Create and manage Customer Account Plan to identify long and short term expansion opportunities and see them through to close ideally with additional revenue opportunities.
  • Surface opportunities to expand each account's footprint with Breedr — including additional sites, additional users, supply chain programs, and cattle trading services.
  • Build supply chain network connections by introducing Breedr to associated entities in the customer's ecosystem (e.g., cow-calf suppliers, feedyards, packer relationships).
  • Work with the trading team and other internal stakeholders to bring the right offering to the right customer at the right time.
  • Negotiate and close renewal and expansion agreements in partnership with sales leadership.
About You
  • 5+ years of work experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a comparable client-facing role.
  • Direct experience working in or adjacent to the cattle industry, preferably with a feedyard.
  • Proven track record of project managing and owning relationships end-to-end.
  • Comfortable with data — able to interpret performance metrics, spot trends, and translate analytics. Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator who can hold their own with ranch owners, operations managers, and other industry leaders.
  • Self-directed and organized — you can manage a portfolio of accounts, multiple workstreams, projects and competing priorities without close supervision.
