Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages is hiring an Account Manager for small stores in the Greenville/Hermitage/PA area. You will be the primary Coca-Cola contact for store managers, drive sales, manage product displays, and ensure merchandising standards across an existing customer base.

The role requires strong organizational skills, 1+ years in sales, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. A valid driver's license is required and background checks are performed.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1+ years of general work experience.
• 1+ years of previous sales experience preferred.
• Food/beverage industry experience a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple customer accounts.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Ability to create and conduct sales presentations preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record within MVR policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute and close all sales calls.
• Sell in incremental displays and equipment placements; promote programs and ensure dealer compliance.
• Maintain inventory and POS, ensure accounts meet merchandising standards.
• Communicate account activities to appropriate parties.
• Transport and maintain point of sale advertising as appropriate for account.
• Build, change, and remove product displays; maintain signage and space.
• Periodic lifting of 50+ pounds and bend/reach/kneel as needed.
• Provide customer service to consumers and store personnel.
• Ensure proper product rotation and credits for returns.
• Follow Coca-Cola repacking standards when possible to reduce credits.
• Follow safety, health, environment and quality procedures; participate in hazard mitigation.
• Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
