Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager in Basking Ridge, NJ to oversee security services for assigned smaller accounts. You will manage client relationships, coordinate on-site personnel, scheduling, and incident resolution while driving service improvements and expansion opportunities.

The role requires at least 2 years in account management, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Normal hours are full-time, with potential weekend work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Account Management experience required.

• Must be 18+ and able to read, write, and speak English.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations for assigned accounts.
• Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and reviews.

• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, payroll, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Handle incident reports and timely issue resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Locations: Basking Ridge, NJ

Schedule: Full Time | Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may require extra hours and weekends.)

Pay Rate: $72,000 – $75,000 annually

The Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee security operations.


• Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and service reviews.


• Supervise, mentor, and support on-site security personnel.


• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, payroll and performance management.


• Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.


• Handle incident reports and resolve any issues in a timely manner.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Account Management experience required.


• High School Diploma or GED


• Must be at least 18 years of age


• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English


• Must have reliable communication and transportation


• Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience


• Must have at least 1 year of scheduling experience


• Sora or willing to obtain.


• Valid driver\'s license with clean driving record.
