Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking an Account Manager to oversee security services for a portfolio of smaller accounts. You will manage operations, provide top-tier client service, coordinate staffing, and ensure post orders are executed to meet client requirements.

The role emphasizes problem resolution, service expansion, and collaboration with Security Supervisors to maintain high standards of safety and security for our clients in the Atlanta area.

Qualifications

• Manage security services for assigned accounts and coordinate with client site teams.
• Provide exceptional client service and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, post orders, and operational planning.
• Support potential new business development and service expansion efforts.

• Manage day-to-day security operations and supervise on-site Security Supervisors.
