Securitas US Business Unit in Basking Ridge, NJ is seeking an Account Manager to oversee security operations for assigned accounts and coordinate client service and issue resolution.

The role includes staffing, scheduling, payroll and performance management, ensuring compliance with policies and driving service improvements through on-site supervision.

A minimum of 2 years in account management, supervisory and scheduling experience, English fluency and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Account Management experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Must have reliable communication and transportation.
• Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must have at least 1 year of scheduling experience.
• Sora or willing to obtain.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Account Manager

Locations: Basking Ridge, NJ
Schedule: Full Time | Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may require extra hours and weekends.)
Pay Rate: $72,000 – $75,000 annually

The Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.

Key Responsibilities:
