Home Based - North London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire but subject to change - to be concentrated primarily around the London area.

Key responsibilities
  • Supporting sales strategy delivery by co-developing and executing territory and account plans targeting key customers to meet national sales goals
  • Engaging with customers through face-to-face visits and remote interactions to build trust and understand their needs
  • Creating compelling proposals within our Key Account framework to support customer retention and acquisition
  • Driving revenue by focusing on customer needs, insight-led selling, and collaborative problem-solving
  • Assisting in negotiations and resolving escalated account issues professionally
  • Gathering market intelligence to inform strategic planning and decision-making
  • Networking to identify influencers and key stakeholders, expanding reach and impact
Candidate requirements
  • Sales expertise with empathy, applying advanced techniques authentically in educational contexts
  • Strong insight into the education sector’s environment, pressures, and decision-making processes
  • Relationship-building skills focused on trust and collaboration
  • Experience managing multiple clients or accounts, prioritising effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in conversations, written communication, and presentations
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office for account management and data analysis
  • Commercial judgment and negotiation skills with integrity
  • Ability to influence internally and externally, managing projects and relationships
  • Analytical skills to interpret customer data and inform strategy
