Amazon Autos is seeking a Senior Account Manager with automotive experience to build relationships with dealers, resolve issues, and onboard new dealers to our platform, while shaping scalable processes in a start-up like environment.
You will partner with Seller Experience, Seller Operations, Product Management, Program Management, UX, and dealer leadership, travel to meet dealers, and own end-to-end initiatives from onboarding to optimization.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least five years of automotive experience, either at a corporate level or in a dealership (as a General Manager, Sales Manager, or in Finance). Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $48,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $104,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
