Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience within a professional services organization.
• Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and shift focus as needed.
• Possess basic accounting knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Client's organization, products/services, and stay updated on client news.
• Maintain and update Client's records.
• Develops system tailored to each client to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
• Maintains accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
• Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Prepares 1099's and tax reporting for internal tax department.
