Job summary

Aegis Chemical Solutions, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to join our Production Chemicals team. You will build strong customer relationships, provide technical chemical solutions, manage a defined territory, and contribute to business development in a hands-on field role.

The position emphasizes field operations, reporting, and collaboration with Technical Services to resolve complex customer challenges while promoting safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of one to five years of experience as an Account Representative or Account Manager within the production chemical industry.
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Working knowledge of production chemistry, chemical treatment programs, and field operations.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate a Company vehicle in compliance with FMCSA requirements.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to safely and effectively perform the essential functions of the position.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
• Provide technical chemical solutions that improve customer operations and reduce lifting costs.
• Manage an assigned territory while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Prepare customer reports, recommendations, and performance reviews.

• Monitor key performance indicators and help ensure customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
