Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Winnemucca, Nevada is seeking an Account Manager for a full-time role.

This position manages security services for a group of smaller accounts, focusing on client service, problem resolution, staffing, scheduling, and post orders to ensure safe operations. As Account Manager, you will lead Security Supervisors, coordinate site needs, and pursue service enhancements, expansion, and new business development.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• 2+ years of Supervisor experience required.
• Account Manager experience preferred.
• Experience with payroll, scheduling, and managing a large group of security officers a plus.

Account Manager - Full Time

Primary Location: Winnemucca, NV

Salary: $54,995.20/YR

Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.

As an Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you!
