Job summary

Talent Acq Llc is seeking a Raw Fruit Account Manager based in the Wenatchee area, covering North Central Washington north to the Canadian border. The role focuses on building and maintaining grower and packer relations, ensuring fruit supply for production, and representing the company on industry committees.

• Working knowledge of SQF and GAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own grower and packer relationships and ensure commitments are met.
• Coordinate harvest timing, volumes, bins, and transport with Logistics and Production Planning.
• Maintain up-to-date food safety documentation (SQF, GAP).
• Forecast, manage inventory and budgets in ERP and Excel.

We’re partnering with a respected Washington food manufacturer to hire a Raw Fruit Account Manager covering North Central Washington, from Wenatchee up to the Canadian border.

This role is for someone who would rather spend the day in an orchard or a packhouse than behind a desk. You’ll own grower and packer relationships, secure the fruit that keeps production running, and represent the organization on industry and regulatory committees.

What the work looks like:

• Building trust with growers and packers while holding them to their commitments
• Coordinating harvest timing, volumes, bins, and transportation with Logistics and Production Planning
• Keeping food safety documentation (SQF, GAP) complete and current
• Managing forecasting, inventory, and budgets in an ERP system and Excel

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years in procurement, supply chain, operations, or sales
• Ag experience in tree fruit or row crop is a plus but not required. Relationship skills and supply chain sense matter most.
• Working knowledge of SQF and GAP
• A self-starter who does their best work independently
• Bonus: packhouse or manufacturing experience, and bilingual skills

The details:

• Remote, based in the Wenatchee area. Territory runs east of the Cascades, north of I-90 to Canada, and no further east than Moses Lake.
• Lots of day-trip driving during harvest, lighter travel in the off-season. Overnights are rare.
• $72,000 to $85,000 base (flexible depending on experience)
• 6% incentive target
