Nucleus Global, an Inizio Medical group company, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support medical affairs and commercial accounts. You will partner with clients, lead projects, and ensure high-quality scientific communications in a dynamic agency setting.

Ideal candidates bring life sciences knowledge, account-management experience, and strong project oversight. A collaborative, detail-oriented approach will help drive growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (life sciences preferred; advanced degree a plus)
• Demonstrable experience in account management within medical communications
• Proven experience managing medical affairs and commercial projects
• Strong project management and financial oversight skills
• Confident client communicator with exceptional attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key client partner for global medical affairs and commercial initiatives
• Lead the execution across a variety of medical affairs and commercial projects including advisory boards, symposia, slide decks, infographics and digital initiatives
• Manage timelines, budgets, and workflows to ensure excellence in delivery
• Collaborate closely with scientific, editorial, and creative teams to produce accurate, compelling scientific communications
• Contribute to organic account growth and new business opportunities

About The Role

Nucleus Global is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support one of our accounts focused in medical affairs and commercial. This role is ideal for someone who excels at client partnership, project leadership, and delivers high-quality work in a dynamic agency environment.

What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a central role in the successful delivery and growth of assigned account(s). Your responsibilities will include:

• Serve as a key client partner for global medical affairs and commercial initiatives
• Lead the execution across a variety of medical affairs and commercial projects including advisory boards, symposia, slide decks, infographics and digital initiatives
• Manage timelines, budgets, and workflows to ensure excellence in delivery
