The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between LDX Digital and our clients, ensuring strong communication, strategic alignment, and consistent performance across accounts. This role sits at the intersection of client success, performance marketing, and project coordination.
The ideal candidate understands the fundamentals of Google Ads and performance marketing for eCommerce brands, allowing them to communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams. While this role is not responsible for directly managing campaigns, the Account Manager must be able to interpret performance data, guide strategic discussions, and ensure campaigns remain aligned with client goals.
This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining a high standard of client experience.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Build strong relationships with clients through consistent communication, transparency, and responsiveness.
Lead regular client calls, performance reviews, and strategic discussions.
Ensure clients clearly understand campaign performance, testing initiatives, and growth opportunities.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and client experience across all interactions.
Interpret Google Ads performance data and communicate insights to clients in a clear and strategic way.
Translate technical campaign results into understandable business outcomes for clients.
Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting wins, learnings, and next steps.
Identify trends or shifts in account performance and escalate insights internally when needed.
Work closely with the Digital Strategist, media buyers, and creative teams to ensure campaign strategy aligns with client goals.
Help translate client objectives into actionable campaign priorities for internal teams.
Ensure campaigns are progressing according to strategic plans and testing roadmaps.
Provide feedback from clients that may influence campaign direction, creative testing, or funnel optimization.
Track deliverables, timelines, and campaign initiatives across accounts.
Ensure tasks and updates are accurately maintained within project management systems such as ClickUp.
Coordinate between internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely client communication.
Maintain organized documentation of account strategies, performance insights, and testing initiatives.
Maintain a strong understanding of Google Ads for eCommerce, including Search, YouTube, Performance Max, and shopping-based campaign strategies.
Stay informed on platform updates, performance trends, and testing methodologies relevant to client accounts.
Understand how paid traffic interacts with funnels, landing pages, and product offers.
Contribute insights that help improve client performance and campaign alignment.
3–5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or digital marketing roles.
Strong familiarity with Google Ads and performance marketing for eCommerce brands.
Experience managing client relationships within agencies or performance marketing environments.
Ability to interpret campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and traffic quality.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical marketing concepts clearly.
Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable working within fast-paced, performance-driven teams.
Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms is a plus.
Strong, long-term client relationships built on trust, transparency, and performance.
Clear communication between clients and internal teams that keeps campaigns aligned and efficient.
