Job summary

Bloom Talent Solutions is recruiting an Account Manager for Visterra Landscape Group in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. The role owns the client relationship and coordinates resources across partner companies to deliver exceptional, consistent service, while understanding client needs and translating them into tailored landscaping solutions.

  • Willingness to obtain MCLP and ASM certifications within 12 months.
  • Strong customer focus, communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented leader with a positive, ethical approach.

Bloom Talent Solutions is recruiting an Account Manager for Visterra Landscape Group in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

Role Overview

The Account Manager owns the client relationship and the operational performance behind it. This role manages resources across partner companies to deliver exceptional, consistent service, working closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into tailored landscaping solutions. Success requires financial acumen, strong computer aptitude, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, frequent communication and mutual trust, proactively addressing needs before they become issues.
  • Conduct regular site visits to confirm quality standards are being met.
  • Proactively inspect properties to identify and resolve problems before clients raise them.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests for bid, and service concerns, working with the appropriate internal parties to resolve issues quickly.
Service Delivery and Quality
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless, on-time, and high-quality service delivery across all contracted work, including through winter months.
  • Monitor crew activity and partner closely with Operations and Enhancements Managers on scheduling, quality, and customer service.
  • Maintain full familiarity with the scope of work for every contract in the assigned area.
  • Support training of production staff to ensure service delivery aligns with contract specifications and company standards.
Business Development and Contracts
  • Identify and develop enhancement and upsell opportunities aligned with customer preferences and revenue growth goals.
  • Prepare, present, and track proposals, contracts, and reports; follow up consistently to maximize sales opportunities and keep leadership informed on approval status and scheduling.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing, and manage the renewal process for all contracts in the assigned area.
  • Ensure estimates are prepared and approved prior to presenting to the customer, and review contracts and proposals for accurate job costing.
  • Update clients on the status and completion of enhancement work to confirm satisfaction.
Financial and Administrative Oversight
  • Track billing and collections status across all projects and customers, advising on credits or collection issues and partnering with the Management Team to resolve them.
  • Maintain an accurate customer database and support the sales team, particularly during new account handoffs.
  • Work closely with administrative support to keep contract administration timely and accurate.
  • Provide regular, detailed account status reports to senior leadership.
Industry and Vendor Relations
  • Maintain positive working relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Participate in industry associations to stay current on the marketplace, competition, and best-in-class selling techniques.

Key Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold.
  • Flexibility for occasional weekend, night, and holiday work.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary of $75,000 - $85,000, plus commission.
