Job summary

Churchill Group is seeking an experienced Cleaning Account Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio across education, commercial and corporate sites in the Northern Division. You will lead a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring excellent service delivery and building strong client relationships.

Based across Yorkshire, this role offers responsibility for contract delivery, health and safety compliance, and opportunities for cost savings and account growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing cleaning contracts.
• Strong people management and leadership skills – with the ability to support and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to plan ahead, meet deadlines, and manage workloads effectively.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
• Strong commercial awareness, financial management, and IT skills.

• Maintaining strong client relationships with high levels of satisfaction.

£32,000 – £34,000 per annum plus company car or car allowance

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Account Manager to join our thriving Northern Division, overseeing a diverse portfolio of education, commercial and corporate sites, including several of our prestigious national accounts.
In this dynamic role, you will lead a diverse team of cleaning operatives, ensuring exceptional service delivery and providing strong team support.This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and expanding team, playing a key role in delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.
