ESS, located in Santa Fe, NM, seeks an Account Manager to oversee daily operations within Santa Fe Public Schools and coordinate between ESS staff, district admins, and the corporate office to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct site-visits and meetings with ESS clients within the district.
• Serve as point of contact with each client and ESS management on contract and account operations.
• Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, firing, disciplinary actions, and recognition.
• Assist with presentations to the school board of education.
• Train, direct, and appraise staff.
• Create daily schedules for proper manpower utilization.
• Develop and implement recruiting efforts for clients (e.g., job fairs, hiring events).
• Provide exceptional customer service by offering solutions professionally and empathetically.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Regional Manager.

The Account Manager is responsible for managing the overall daily operations, activities, and staff within Santa Fe Public Schools, acting as a liaison between ESS staff members, school district administrators and the corporate office to ensure the delivery of quality services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct site-visits and meetings with ESS clients within the district.
• Serve as point of contact with each client and ESS management in all matters relating to contract and account operations.
• Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, firing, disciplinary management, and recognition duties.
• Assist with presentations to the school board of education.
• Train, direct, and appraise staff.
• Make daily schedules for proper manpower utilization.
• Develop and implement recruiting efforts for clients, such as job fairs and special hiring events.
• Provide exceptional customer service by providing solutions to issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Other duties as assigned by Regional Manager.
