Securitas Global Clients America in San Francisco, CA is seeking an Account Manager to maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by managing security services and related operations, including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, and staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.

The ideal candidate has experience in operations management or account management, strong leadership, and a commitment to integrity, vigilance and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Operations Manager, Site Supervisor, or Account Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage security services for assigned small accounts.
• Coordinate with Security Supervisors on requirements and priorities.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead expansion and development initiatives for client accounts.
• Ensure operational effectiveness and compliance with policies.
• Prepare post-orders documentation.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training.
