Job summary

CCS Facility Services in Texas is seeking an Account Manager to regularly visit customer sites, inspect service quality, and promptly address concerns. Most of your time will be spent at client locations and you will strengthen relationships to ensure satisfaction.

You will promote the company culture, establish clear communication with clients and employees, and coach field personnel to uphold consistent service delivery. Bilingual Spanish is preferred and a dynamic team awaits.

Qualifications

• Regularly visit customer sites to meet with clients, inspect service quality, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and employees.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
