Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking an Account Manager to build and sustain client relationships, oversee service delivery, and lead field teams across customer sites in the Austin area. You will ensure high standards of quality and communication with clients and employees.

The role emphasizes frequent site visits, strong customer service focus, and leadership to drive consistent results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and employees.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues promptly and proactively.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visit customer sites to meet with clients, inspect service quality, and address any concerns or issues promptly. Most of your time will be spent at customer locations.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Promote the company culture and values among field employees, providing guidance and leadership to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with both clients and employees, ensuring transparency and clarity in all interactions.
• Coach, guide, and develop field personnel to enhance their skills and performance.
