Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager at Redbarn Pet Products but must live in the sales territory (Phoenix, AZ). The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves day-to-day account management activities and working closely with the sales and marketing teams. Account Manager will physically visit 6 to 8 pet stores per day in that market. Will be responsible for sales in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico & Wyoming.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or account management
• 3 years of outside sales experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
• Knowledge of pet industry trends and products
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Experience with CRM software is a plus

Compensation

• Starting at $80,000 base (based on experience)
• Quarterly bonuses
• Benefits & 401(k)
