Ideal for a proactive sales professional with experience in inside sales or account management within electronics or tech distribution, this position provides autonomy to manage accounts with support from a collaborative global organization. Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of North American B2B accounts; act as the primary customer liaison to ensure satisfaction and retention; identify upselling, renewal, and expansion opportunities.
  • Sales Execution: Develop strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals; recommend tailored solutions; collaborate with departments for seamless execution.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct outreach via email, phone, and video; occasionally travel to customer sites for relationship building.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with business development, marketing, and sales leadership; share customer insights and competitive intelligence.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in inside sales, technical sales, or account management, preferably in electronic components or hardware distribution.
  • Proven success managing B2B relationships and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills with a consultative selling approach.
  • Strong CRM skills and experience with digital sales platforms.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, able to work independently remotely.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (10–15%).
