EGR International Inc. is seeking an Account Manager for our Global Experiences team to plan and execute corporate meetings, incentives, conferences, and live events for global brands.

You will own the full lifecycle from concept through onsite delivery, ensuring seamless, on-strategy client experiences. Based in New York, you will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams, manage budgets and timelines, and travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience planning and executing meetings, incentives, or large-scale events; agency experience preferred.
• Proven negotiation, problem-solving, and ability to adapt quickly under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to influence and inspire confidence with clients and vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with registration/event platforms a plus.
• Financial acumen with budget management and reconciliation.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute corporate meetings, conferences, incentives, and tradeshows for 10–1,000 attendees.
• Partner with clients to define goals, objectives, and success measures.
• Manage end-to-end logistics including venue sourcing, contracts, F&B, A/V, and transportation.
• Oversee registration and database management, ensuring smooth attendee communications.
• Lead onsite execution, coordinating staff, vendors, and client expectations.
• Collaborate with Creative, Program Operations, and Leadership to develop collateral and workflows.
• Track budgets, forecast finances, and reconcile invoices.
• Build strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
• Support new business proposals and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a variety of corporate meetings, conferences, incentives, and tradeshows (10-1,000 attendees), both domestic and international.
• Partner with clients to define event goals, objectives, and success measures; provide strategic recommendations that align with business priorities.
• Manage event logistics end-to-end, including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, accommodations, F&B, A/V, transportation, and program materials.
• Oversee registration process and database management, ensuring smooth attendee communications and reporting.
• Lead onsite execution, managing staff, vendors, and client expectations to deliver flawless experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Creative, Program Operations, Leadership) to develop marketing collateral, workflows, and deliverables.
• Track and manage budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, invoice reconciliation, and final billing.
• Build strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and industry resource.
• Contribute to team success, supporting new business proposals, sharing best practices, and mentoring junior team members when needed.

Required & Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience planning and executing meetings, incentives, or large-scale events (agency experience preferred).
• Proven ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and adapt quickly under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to influence and inspire confidence with clients and vendors alike.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); experience with registration/event technology platforms a plus.
• Financial acumen with experience in budget management and reconciliation.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% (domestic and international).

Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000

The salary range for this position will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, and the geographic location of the candidate.
