What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations across multiple client locations throughout all five boroughs of New York City
• Create and manage weekly schedules for a large team of security officers, ensuring full coverage at all times
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of security personnel
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members while maintaining compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of site-specific post orders
• Assist with performance management and disciplinary processes when necessary

• All client sites are consistently staffed with trained, professional officers
• Scheduling is handled proactively, with minimal last-minute changes or coverage gaps
• Strong rapport is built with both clients and team members, leading to high satisfaction and retention
• Operational issues are addressed swiftly and effectively, even on weekends or after hours
• Compliance with internal policies and client requirements is maintained across all locations

Salary Range: $65,000 – 75,000 annually, based on experience
