Job summary

Horizon Realty Advisors LLC, a Seattle-area real estate investment and management firm, is seeking an Account Manager to oversee property operations, rent collection, and financial reporting. The role partners with the Property Manager to ensure daily operations meet Fair Housing and OSHA standards.

Requirements include 2–3 years in accounting or property management and a strong customer service background.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting or property management required.
• Proven track record in customer service required.
• Experience in accounts payable/receivable, rent collection, and financial reporting required.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent, post payments, and manage delinquent accounts in compliance with company standards and applicable laws.
• Perform regular audits of billing schedules, concessions, resident account ledgers, insurance participants, and other income charges to ensure accuracy and readiness for move-ins and renewals.
• Review, approve, and process vendor invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and alignment with company policy.
• Identify, propose, and implement extra income opportunities.

Compensation Structure: $22 - $25/hr; Quarterly bonus's, commissions for leasing. 20% rental housing discount (pending 90 days)

Schedule: Mondays - Wednesday, Friday - Saturday

What You'll Do
