Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking an Account Manager in Los Angeles to manage a key tech-brand relationship, lead projects, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns on schedule.

You will drive client partnerships, provide strategic creative input, and connect with internal teams to ensure superior outcomes while maintaining meticulous communication and leadership throughout campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with the client and key stakeholders.
  • Set priorities, organize work streams, and assume a leadership role for assigned projects.
  • Act as the glue that holds internal teams together, delegate work when necessary, and help define the brand vision alongside creative, strategy, and other teams.
  • Detail-focused with strong communication skills: persuasive, strategic, proactive, diplomatic.

Responsibilities

  • Attend on-site activations and manage client relationships on-site when required.
  • Influence the development of the highest-quality creative work by sharing knowledge of the client, business, and brand, while demonstrating strong creative judgment and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Act as a leader of the integrated marketing team, ensuring partnership and collaboration between THE·TEAM and other agencies.
  • Manage projects and creative timelines with the client, working closely with Project Managers to adhere to campaign schedules.
