Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Manager is a key member of the Sales team. This role focuses on outside customer sales, engagement, and satisfaction through direct contact, phone, or other electronic communications. Responsibilities include territory management, customer interaction, needs identification, sales calls, and closing deals. The candidate works within an established account base and is accountable for meeting sales and margin objectives.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel) and the ability to learn new software. Strong business acumen, problem‑solving skills, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
Highly organized and detail‑oriented with high abstract reasoning skills. Ability to multitask, shift priorities, and work in fast‑paced, continuously evolving environments.
Ability to work well cross‑functionally, provide excellent internal and external customer service, self‑motivated to learn new technologies, and effective presentation skills in both small and large group settings.
Strong interpersonal communication, analytical and problem‑solving, organizational and written/verbal skills, and strong influencing skills.
