Job summary

Industrial Roofing Company is seeking a dedicated team member to manage commercial roofing and siding needs in Southern NH and Massachusetts. The role involves pursuing business opportunities, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Offering a starting pay of $70,000 per year plus commission, employees are provided with great benefits including a company vehicle, health insurance, and retirement contributions. The ideal candidate will have commercial roofing knowledge and at least 4 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial roof systems, construction, and building services.
• Proficiency in data entry, Word, Excel, and Roof CAD is a plus.
• Ability to climb and inspect roofing systems, perform physical tasks.

The Position

We’re looking for a teammate who can help clients manage their commercial roofing and siding needs through a service-driven approach, building long-term relationships and maximizing building performance. This role supports our Southern NH and Massachusetts territory.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial roof systems, construction, and building services.
• Proficiency in computer applications, data entry, Word, Excel, and Roof CAD is a plus.
• Ability to climb and inspect roofing systems, perform physical tasks like using ladders, measuring and occasional lifting.
• Minimum of 4 years in a related field. (B2B, Outside Sales, Sales)
• Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
