GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager in Washington state to serve as the link between GXO and its customers and carriers. You will manage day-to-day account relationships, resolve issues, and contribute to quarterly business reviews. 1 year of commodity buying experience and strong Excel skills are required.

The role operates on 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401(k).

As the Account Manager, you will be the critical link between GXO and its customers and carriers. You will support the day-to-day account relationship activities that can range from tactical to strategic to ensure positive outcomes for both GXO and our customers. Pay, benefits and more.

The annual salary range for this role is $67,337 - $84,172. GXO, in good faith, believes this is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Washington. This rate may be modified in the future. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Handle relationships with domestic and international customers
• Receive and track customer issues and complaints; resolve issues and communicate results and findings where appropriate
• Research and answer questions; resolve issues that come from any of the internal or external cross-functional teams
• Escalate issues in a timely manner to both executive leadership and customers when encountering roadblocks
• Audit QMS documents
• Participate in managing quality systems and continuously improving processes within the facility
• Contribute to quarterly business reviews and presentations

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 1 year of experience as a commodity buyer
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• To meet government and federal law program requirements which requires U.S. citizen status

It’d be great if you also have:

• Availability to travel
• Ability to communicate effectively across the organization
