Job description

BeaconFire Corporation is looking for excellent Account Managers to be based at our corporate office in East Windsor, NJ.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Build relationships with client hiring managers and vendor account managers
• Manage a consistent, high-volume flow of qualified candidates
• Demonstrate discretion and tact in managing email, telephone calls and other requests
• Have a clear understanding of technical roles and responsibilities and be able to effectively communicate the client’s requirements to the staffing team
• Partner with management to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
• Ensure that important information and urgent business matters reach the appropriate parties in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Perform various customer service related activities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong interpersonal and customer interface skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working in US IT Staffing Industry
• Good understanding of IT Business, Sales and Recruitment processes from contract negotiations to contract closings
